The cashier position is critical to the daily success of the restaurant. It’s a guest-facing role; often the first touchpoint with the guest beyond the “Welcome to Firehouse” greeting.

• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Accountable for the accuracy of the guest’s order.
• Effective communication skills with guests; handle questions and concerns professionally.

• Maintain accuracy of the cash drawer.

• Willing to complete other restaurant functions such as food preparation or cleaning, as directed by management.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
