This role involves supporting the Customer Service & E-Commerce team by assisting customers at checkout, performing cash register functions, bagging groceries, and working at the customer service desk. The position requires maintaining attractive displays, ensuring excellent customer service, and adhering to store procedures and safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and accurately check out customer groceries.
  • Follow government regulations regarding alcohol sales and taxation.
  • Perform proper check, ATM, and credit procedures.
  • Use tare procedures for scalable items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock in the Front End area.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and meet variance policies.
  • Assist in training new team members as needed.
  • Help control customer flow and reduce wait times.
  • Participate in company programs and arrive prepared for shifts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
  • Maximize sales through proper merchandising and stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties accurately.
