**THE JOB:**
As a Cashier Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the manager with daily operations. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create **WOW** memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
**THE DAY-TO-DAY:**
+ Assist the manager with daily operations, supervise F&B cashiers, and provide oversight and support to other F&B POS users, ensure revenue is accounted for accurately.
+ Train cashiers on resort and departmental policies and procedures, as well as operation of the resort’s POS.
+ Supervise F&B Cashiers including counseling and disciplinary action that may be necessary in accordance with company policy; document and resolve all incidents related to cash handling and POS; report and escalate issues, as needed, to the F&B Cashier Manager.
+ Monitor, investigate and resolve over/short variances; collaborate with restaurant/outlet managers to obtain and document over/short variance explanations.
+ Review/audit cashier paperwork, notify management of anomalies and prevalent issues.
+ Write and communicate new rules and procedures to the F&B cashiers.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:**
+ Two (2) years of previous Cashier experience.
+ Has a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
+ Has a flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
+ Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences.
+ Describes themselves as an energic individual.
