As a Cashier, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support, including maintaining checkout standards, assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory, and upholding safety and performance standards.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, demonstrate positive behaviors, support additional team members, actively engage with customers, and promote sales programs like Findmore.
2. Checkout Standards: Complete checkout processes, assist with merchandising and signing at checkouts, stock impulse fixtures, and support line management with POS devices.
3. General Operations: Assist with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put-backs, fitting room maintenance, and participate in inventory processes.
4. Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives, meet performance metrics related to sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
