Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking reliable Sales Associates to keep our stores inviting and safe. You will greet customers, operate the register with accuracy, stock shelves, and help maintain clean, well-lit aisles.

You’ll learn lottery, tobacco, and alcohol rules to verify ages, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with other departments. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a smile and operate the register accurately and quickly.
Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification compliance.
Upsell customers to increase sales when appropriate.
Keep store interiors and exteriors clean and safe, including restrooms and pump areas.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full.
Maintain a clean and organized store, including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning.
Be willing to cross-train in other departments, such as deli, as needed.
Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
