Job summary

GPM Investments is hiring a Cashier/Sales Associate at Store 524 in Jackson, KY. You will greet customers, run the register, and help ensure the store looks clean and inviting.

Responsibilities include stocking, safety compliance, and occasional cross-training in deli or other areas, with weekend/holiday availability strongly preferred. Eligible candidates should be reliable, ready to work in all weather, and comfortable handling cash and basic tasks such as restocking and maintenance to keep

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Availability: weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment screening including background check and drug test may apply.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Learn lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age-verification compliance.
• Upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep the store interior and exterior clean and safe.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays and maintain organization.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist wherever needed.
