About the role

As a Retail Team Member, you play an essential role in the customer service experience by providing customers with fast and friendly service. You will build relationships with customers, process transactions, maintain floor merchandise and inventory standards, answer questions, and ensure customers leave feeling positive about their visit. Both part-time and full-time positions may rotate between working as a cashier, a sales specialist or merchandiser/stock associate. You will report to the store management team.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting and informing customers about products and services.
• Performing cashier functions and handling transactions according to policies.
• Participating in wine, spirits, and beer training to offer product recommendations.
• Replenishing and maintaining inventory and visual store presentation.
• Ensuring store safety and cleanliness standards are met.

What We're Looking For:

• 21 years of age or older
• Flexible schedule availability for part-time or full-time hours
• Experience with relevant technology and information access
• Preferred 1-year retail experience in sales, cashiering, merchandising, or inventory management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset
• Interest in developing retail and product knowledge
• Industry certifications like WSE or Sommelier are a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for 8-10 hours
• Capability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
