Description

Position starts at $15.00 with annual merit increases and production bonuses. Summary

Provides cashier, stock, and customer relations functions in a retail store and donation center by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:

  • Providing customer service by processing transactions, making change, bagging merchandise, answering questions, assisting shoppers, and thanking customers.
  • Pulling racks for clothing transportation from backroom to sales floor, merchandising clothing by type and color, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and well-presented.
  • Maintaining a safe shopping environment by keeping the sales floor, work area, and dressing rooms clean and free of debris.
  • Supporting agency initiatives and programs.
  • Maintaining and cleaning work areas following SOP guidelines.
  • Greeting donors, providing receipts, and organizing donated items.
  • Reporting security or theft concerns to management.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Supporting donation operations as needed.
  • Performing hanger/sorter functions as required.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
