ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides excellent customer service to guests and co-workers.
Obtains cash from the Main Bank and sets up the cash drawer prior to the shift (must be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time).
Checks cashier supplies such as register tape and settlement sheets before each shift to ensure enough for the shift.
Greets guests upon arrival; receives cash, credit cards, or comps as payment.
Ensures accuracy in computing bills on the register; makes correct change and issues receipts.
Closes register at the end of each shift, including counting down the drawer and completing necessary paperwork.
Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent.
