ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This section outlines the core functions of the cashier role, including providing excellent customer service, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate register operations. All duties are essential, and employees may be asked to perform additional job-related tasks as needed. This description does not constitute a contract, but an 'at-will' employment relationship.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service to co-workers and guests.
2. Obtaining cash from the Main Bank and preparing the cash drawer prior to shift (be ready 10 minutes early).
3. Checking cashier supplies such as register tape and settlement sheets before each shift.
4. Greeting guests, processing payments via cash, credit cards, or comps.
5. Ensuring accuracy in bill computation, giving correct change, and issuing receipts.
6. Closing the register at shift end, counting down the drawer, and completing paperwork.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination.
