Levy Sector is seeking a friendly Cashier for the Snow Valley venue in California. The position is seasonal (Winter) with weekend and holiday requirements, starting at $20/hour. The cashier will enter guest orders, process payments, answer questions, and help guests with products, promotions, and venue information.

Responsibilities

• Greets, directs and responds to guest questions and needs in a timely manner.
• Manage transactions with customer using POS systems.
• Input all items being purchased accurately and ensure pricing is correct.
• Understand and know all price points at your venue.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide a relevant solution to an issue.
• Redeem employee meal tickets and group meal vouchers properly.
• Monitor and maintain the MasGen systems.
• Assist Supervisors with monthly inventory count at your venue.
• POS problem solving.
• Cash balancing/handling is a requirement.
• Ensure the venue is always Show Ready (Lights on, music on, fully cleaned, tvs turned on, fireplaces lit, etc.)

Job Summary

Starting at $20/hour

We are looking for an efficient, courteous cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills. The cashier will input guest food and beverage selections, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to guests regarding products carried, promotions available, or other location menu items. You will also respond to complaints and maintain a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

This is not an exhaustive list. The items below are primary duties. Any and all other duties assigned by leadership are expected to be completed as requested.
