Job Summary

The cashier is responsible for establishing and maintaining good customer relations and accurately completing paperwork required to track and service customers. Performs other duties as instructed by the Manager or Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities
Customer Relations / Business Development
  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Explain the SpeeDee franchise's preventative maintenance services and pricing to achieve high customer satisfaction and increased sales
  • Review services performed and bill customers
  • Obtain technical information from managers or technicians as needed
  • Present promotional materials to customers
  • Maintain marketing programs as directed
  • Answer phones professionally
  • Support team effort in providing quality customer service
Shop Operations
  • Maintain a clean customer service and office area
  • Keep restrooms spotless
  • Greet and write up work orders as needed based on business trends
  • Follow standards and procedures per the Daily Operations Manual and store policies
  • Manage appointment scheduling
  • Operate office computer systems and handle daily cash receipts
