Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II with a positive, friendly disposition to help customers and keep the store running smoothly. You will receive merchandise, unload freight, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.

You’ll handle transactions, protect cash assets, and interact professionally with customers and team members. Part-time hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities
