Customer Service Crew Member responsibilities include:

• Greeting and engaging guests positively
• Accurately taking orders and processing payments
• Addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and comfortable environment
• Working effectively with Delivery Partners
• Maintaining cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors

Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member responsibilities include:

• Answering questions about menu items and promotions
• Preparing ingredients and menu items
• Restocking products and workstations
• Using kitchen equipment like ovens, fryers, and grills
• Keeping the work environment clean

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old; no experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
