The successful Customer Service Crew Member can:

• Greet and positively engage guests
• Accurately take orders and process payments
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment

• Keep the facility clean, including wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors

The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member can:

• Use kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and grills
