Responsibilities

As a Scanner at Joe V's, you will process customer transactions of goods and services while providing superior customer service. You will perform all responsibilities with a sense of ownership and teamwork. Your duties include:

1. Scanning all customer items and handling financial transactions.
2. Packaging groceries efficiently.
3. Providing exceptional customer service and seeking to exceed customer expectations.
4. Answering product-related questions and offering additional or alternative products and services.
5. Instructing customers on the use of the cash machine for cash transactions.
6. Complying with food safety and sanitation standards.
7. Participating in store-wide initiatives and responsibilities, including returns, cleaning, and merchandising as needed.

Physical Requirements

You should be able to:
