Summary: Receives cash/credit card payments from customers for goods or services, providing professional and courteous customer service. Responsibilities include:

1. Makes change and issues receipts.
2. Reads and records totals from the cash register and verifies cash on hand.
3. Quotes prices and describes item features.
4. Operates the cash register, scanning items and displaying totals.
5. Verifies cigarette counts with previous and incoming shifts.
6. Follows company policies for carding alcohol and cigarettes.
7. Prices and displays received goods.
8. Checks in vendors and ensures delivery before signing receipts.
9. Operates lottery machines.
10. Maintains store cleanliness inside and out, including bathrooms and spills.
11. Stocks and restocks merchandise and supplies.
12. Maintains cleanliness of food service equipment.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
