Are you a night owl who works best independently? Our third-shift Sales Associates (typically between 10 PM and 6 AM) are responsible for keeping the store running smoothly overnight — often as the only employee on site.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working alone for extended periods. You’ll handle tasks such as deep cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, stocking shelves, maintaining the fuel area, assisting late-night customers, and ensuring the store remains secure, clean, and ready for the next day.

If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and prefer a quieter, more independent work environment — this shift is for you. Staying alert, making sound decisions, and managing responsibilities without direct supervision are essential for success in this role.

What You'll Do

1. Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed
2. Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales — ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements
3. Offer friendly service and upsell customers when possible to increase sales
4. Keep the inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including:
   • Deep cleaning high-use restrooms
   • Wiping down and sanitizing gas pumps (nozzles, screens, water buckets)
   • Picking up litter and trash from the floor and lot area
   • Taking out the trash to the dumpster in all kinds of weather
5. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full
6. Maintain a clean and organized store — sweep, mop, clean windows, and maintain entryways
7. Willingly cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed
8. Follow all safety procedures and company policies
9. Be a team player and step in to help wherever needed

• Age Requirement: Must be 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others
• Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, typically between 10 PM and 6 AM
• Willingness: Be prepared to work hard, stay on your feet, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively

• Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
