Job Description: Night Shift Sales Associate

Are you a night owl who works best independently? Our third-shift Sales Associates (typically between 10 PM and 6 AM) are responsible for keeping the store running smoothly overnight — often as the only employee on site.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working alone for extended periods. Responsibilities include deep cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, stocking shelves, maintaining the fuel area, assisting late-night customers, and ensuring the store stays secure, clean, and ready for the next day.

If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and prefer a quieter, more independent work environment — this shift is for you. Success in this role requires staying alert, making sound decisions, and managing responsibilities without direct supervision.

Pay Rate

$10.50 an hour

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and operate the register efficiently
• Ensure compliance with age verification laws for lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol sales
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store and surrounding areas, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
• Keep the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step in where needed
