• Age Requirement: 18+
• Schedule: Shifts are typically 10 am-5 pm, 2 pm-10 pm, or 5 pm-10 pm. You will mostly work alone, so comfort with independent work is necessary. We are open 7 days a week, with varying days off. Expect 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Dawn-Time Customer Champion: Greet early risers warmly, making their first stop delightful.
• Morning Merchandising Magician: Restock and organize shelves to keep the store inviting.
• Coffee Connoisseur: Keep the coffee station stocked and welcoming.
• Early Bird Cashier: Handle transactions swiftly and cheerfully.
• Safety Steward: Maintain a secure environment, especially during busy hours.
• Team Morning Collaborator: Work with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Facility Morning Star: Keep the store and restrooms clean and welcoming.
• Outdoor Space Caretaker: Maintain the outside area’s neatness.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Must be 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ in other states.
• Availability: Must work weekends and holidays.
• Communication Skills: Effective reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English.
• Math Skills: Basic math proficiency required.
• Physical Ability: Frequently lift 10 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Pass drug screen and background check.
• Personable and Positive: Friendly demeanor and welcoming attitude.
• Detail-Oriented: Attentive to details impacting customer experience.
• Reliable and Responsible: Punctuality and trustworthiness are essential.
• Flexible: Adaptable to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we promote learning on the job.
