Are you ready to make a difference during the afternoons and evenings? Our second-shift Sales Associates (typically 2 PM to Midnight) are vital in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.

We seek dependable, hardworking team members available during these hours who take pride in essential tasks like cleaning restrooms, picking up outside trash, and ensuring store safety and cleanliness. If you're not afraid to get your hands dirty and enjoy helping others, this could be your ideal role.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register efficiently
• Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all legal and age verification requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell when appropriate to boost sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including:
• Deep cleaning restrooms
• Sanitizing gas pumps and nozzles
• Picking up litter and trash
• Taking out trash in all weather conditions
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized — sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways
• Cross-train in other departments like the deli as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Age: 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ elsewhere
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, primarily afternoons to evenings
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and responsible
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
