Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than run a register — they keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly for every customer.

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in doing the tough stuff — like keeping bathrooms spotless, the parking lot and pump area free of trash, and ensuring the store is clean and safe. If you don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty and enjoy helping people, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Greet every customer with a smile and operate the register accurately and efficiently
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales — ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell customers when appropriate to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including:
  • Deep cleaning restrooms
  • Sanitizing gas pumps (nozzles, screens, water buckets)
  • Picking up litter in the store and lot area
  • Taking out trash in all weather conditions
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing and full
• Keep the store organized — sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways
• Willing to cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Be a team player and assist wherever needed

• Pay Rate: $11.00/hour
• Age Requirement: Must be 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ in other states
• Availability: Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness: Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather, stay on your feet most of the shift
• Communication Skills: Effective reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English
• Math Skills: Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
• Physical Ability: Frequently lift 10 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Pre-Employment Screening: Pass drug screen and background check
• Personable & Positive: Friendly demeanor, welcoming attitude
• Detail-Oriented: Attentive to small details impacting customer experience
• Reliable & Responsible: Punctual, trustworthy, pride in work
