Pay Rate: $11.00/hr

Position: Part-time

We seek dedicated employees willing to work closing shifts, mornings, and/or swing shifts, with a positive attitude and motivated work ethic. Must be personable, task-oriented, and willing to be trained on all shifts and weekends. We value team players who excel in customer service and time management.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist, and ensure a pleasant experience.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Stock shelves, maintain displays, and keep the store clean.
• Upselling and Brand Promotion: Recommend products and promote our loyalty program to foster customer loyalty.
• Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe environment and ensure the store is tidy and inviting.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Facility and Environment Maintenance: Keep the store and outdoor spaces clean and welcoming.
• Other Duties: As assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18+ in certain states, 21+ in others.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment screening and background checks.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, adaptable.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
