Cashier/Sales Associate - Midday and Overnight

Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than run registers—they keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly for every customer.

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in handling tasks like cleaning bathrooms, maintaining the parking lot and pump area, and ensuring the store is safe and tidy. If you don’t mind getting your hands dirty and enjoy helping people, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and operate the register efficiently
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and outdoor cleaning
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step in where needed

Qualifications

• Age: 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Effective communication in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment screening
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible
• Experience preferred but not required
