Overview

Are you ready to make an impact during the afternoons and evenings? Our second-shift Sales Associates (typically between 2 PM and Midnight) are vital in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and smoothly operating store environment for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register efficiently and accurately
• Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with age verification and legal standards
• Provide friendly service and upsell to enhance sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Ensure the store remains clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, and maintaining entryways
• Cross-train in other departments such as deli as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step into various roles as required

Qualifications

• Availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
