Job Overview

Are you ready to make a positive impact during the afternoons and evenings? Our second-shift Sales Associates (typically between 2 PM and Midnight) are vital in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register efficiently
• Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash pickup, and outdoor cleanup
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure merchandise appeal
• Keep the store organized, including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning
• Cross-train in other departments such as deli as needed
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and support store operations as needed

Qualifications
