• Looking for a candidate who can work 3pm-11pm (midday) and weekends. Reliable transportation a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch service during the busy midday and evening hours, ensuring every customer leaves happier than when they arrived.
• Manage the store's appearance and stock during peak hours, keeping everything organized and appealing.
• Handle a high volume of transactions with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
• Ensure a secure and safe shopping environment during the varied dynamics of the mid/second shift.
• Work seamlessly with colleagues to handle the unique pace and challenges of the afternoon and early evening.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including regular upkeep of the coffee station, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Manage stock levels and assist in inventory processes, ensuring the store is well-equipped for customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older if located in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO. For all other states, must be 21 or older.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Physically capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Friendly, positive demeanor and attention to detail.
• Reliable and responsible, especially during midday and early evening hours.
• Flexible and adaptable to various tasks.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required—training provided.
