$13.00/hr - $13.00/hr

Overview

Are you ready to make a real impact in the afternoons and evenings? Our second-shift Sales Associates (typically between 2 PM and Midnight) play a key role in keeping the store clean, welcoming, and running smoothly for every customer.

We're looking for dependable, hard-working team members who are available during these hours and take pride in important tasks like maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the store. If you're someone who enjoys helping others and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty, this could be the right fit for you!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register efficiently
• Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including restrooms, gas pumps, and trash areas
• Stock shelves and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step into various roles as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, mainly afternoons to evenings
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
