Pay Rate: $8/hr

Must be able to work midshifts, afternoons, evenings, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, offer assistance, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Sales Floor: Stock shelves, maintain appealing displays, and keep the store clean.
• Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately with a friendly attitude.
• Safety: Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the store clean and inviting, including restrooms and outside areas.
• Environment: Participate in maintaining outdoor cleanliness and environmental efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, and adaptable.
• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
