We are looking for reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, and who enjoy helping people. If you're comfortable getting your hands dirty and providing excellent service, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register efficiently
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, and trash removal
• Stock shelves and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members wherever needed

Qualifications

• Age: 18+ in certain states; 21+ otherwise
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment screening
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
