Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than just run a register — they keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly for every customer.

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety in the store, and enjoy helping people. If you don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and operate the register efficiently
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup
• Stock shelves and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning
• Cross-train in other departments, such as the deli, as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step in where needed

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, flexible, and responsible
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
