What You'll Do

• Greet customers and operate the register efficiently
• Learn lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while ensuring compliance
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Keep the store clean and safe, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup
• Stock shelves and displays, and maintain overall store organization
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step into various roles as needed

• Pay Rate: $15/hour
• Schedule: 6am-2pm and/or 2pm-10pm, 16-32 hours/week (must have open availability)
• Age Requirement: 19+ generally; 18+ in certain states
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Effective communication in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Must pass pre-employment screening
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
