Overview

Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than run a register — they keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly for every customer.

We seek reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in tasks like maintaining cleanliness, safety, and customer service. If you enjoy helping people and don’t mind getting hands dirty, this could be your role!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register efficiently
• Ensure compliance with age verification laws for lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol sales
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup
• Stock shelves and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized, clean, and well-maintained
• Cross-train in other departments, such as deli, as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members wherever needed

Qualifications

• Age: 18+ in some states, 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Effective communication in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug and background checks
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
