Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Greet customers, assist, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
2. Sales Floor Maintenance: Stock shelves, maintain displays, and keep the store clean.
3. Upselling: Recommend products to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
4. Brand Promotion: Encourage loyalty program sign-ups and engage customers.
5. Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Age: 18+ in certain states; 21+ elsewhere.
• Availability: Able to work weekends and holidays.

• Math Skills: Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Physical Ability: Lift 10 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Screening: Pass drug and background checks.
• Personality: Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable.
• Experience: Preferred but not required; training provided.
