Responsibilities

• Sales Floor Guru: Keep our shelves perfectly stocked, our displays appealing, and our store clean.
• Upselling Ace: Master the art of upselling and suggestive selling, elevating the customer experience by recommending products that complement their purchase.
• Brand Ambassador Extraordinaire: Encourage customers to join our loyalty rewards program, highlighting benefits and personalized offers.
• Cash Handling Pro: Manage transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.

Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Must be 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ in other states.
• Availability: Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Communication Skills: Effective in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Math Skills: Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Physical Ability: Frequently lift 10 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Pass drug screen and background check.
• Personable and Positive: Friendly demeanor.
• Detail-Oriented: Notice small details that improve customer experience.
• Reliable and Responsible: Punctual and trustworthy.
• Flexible: Adaptable to various tasks.
• Experience: Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
