Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than run registers — they keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly for every customer. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, and who enjoy helping people. If you're comfortable getting your hands dirty and providing excellent service, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and operate the register accurately and efficiently
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows
• Cross-train in other departments, such as deli, as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step in to help wherever needed

• Age Requirement: 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others
• Availability: Able to work weekends and holidays, indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Communication Skills: Effective reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Math Skills: Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Physical Ability: Frequently lift 10 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs
