We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy helping people and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register efficiently
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, picking up trash, and taking out the trash in all weather conditions
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows
• Cross-train in other departments, such as deli, as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step in where needed

Minimum Requirements

• Age: 18+ in some states; 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Effective communication in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Pass pre-employment screening
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, flexible
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
