Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant experience.
• Sales Floor: Keep shelves stocked, displays appealing, and store clean.
• Upselling: Recommend products to enhance customer purchases and meet sales goals.
• Brand Ambassador: Promote loyalty programs and foster customer relationships.
• Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Safety: Maintain a safe environment following protocols.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues for smooth operations.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the store clean and inviting, including restrooms and outside areas.
• Environment: Participate in outdoor space cleanliness and environmental efforts.
• Other Duties: As assigned.

Qualifications

• Age: 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ elsewhere.
• Availability: Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Skills: Effective communication in English, basic math, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Screening: Pass drug screen and background check.
• Personality: Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable.
• Experience: Preferred but not required; training provided.
