Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than run a register — they keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly for every customer.

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, and who enjoy helping people. If you don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register efficiently
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup
• Stock shelves and displays to keep merchandise fresh and appealing
• Keep the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18+ in certain states, 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
