We are seeking reliable, hardworking team members to join our store as Cashier/Sales Associates. This role involves more than just operating the register; it includes maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for customers. If you enjoy helping people and are comfortable with physical tasks and outdoor work in all weather conditions, this could be the right position for you.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register efficiently
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including restrooms, gas pumps, parking lot, and trash removal
• Stock shelves and displays, and keep the store organized
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step in where needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old in certain states; 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, flexible, and responsible
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
