Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than run registers — they keep our stores clean, inviting, and operational for every customer.

We’re seeking reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, and enjoy helping people. If you're comfortable with getting your hands dirty and providing excellent customer service, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register accurately and efficiently
• Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with age verification and legal standards
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash pickup, and weather-related tasks
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming
• Cross-train in other departments such as deli as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step into different roles as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift 10-50 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, flexible
• Experience preferred but not required
