Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Stock shelves, maintain appealing displays, and keep the store clean.
• Upselling: Recommend products to enhance customer purchases and meet sales goals.
• Brand Promotion: Encourage loyalty program sign-ups and promote store benefits.
• Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately with a friendly attitude.
• Safety: Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues for smooth operations.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the store clean and inviting, including restrooms and outdoor spaces.
• Environmental Responsibility: Participate in keeping outdoor areas clean.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Age: 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ in other states.
• Availability: 8am-5pm, 5pm-12am; ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Skills: Effective communication in English, basic math skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment: Pass drug screening and background check.
• Attributes: Friendly, attentive to details, reliable, adaptable.
• Experience: Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
