Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the store clean.
• Upsell and suggest products to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Promote our brand and loyalty program to build customer relationships.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe environment by following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
• Ensure the store remains clean and inviting, including restroom cleanliness and outdoor space maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ in certain states or 21+ elsewhere.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Pass pre-employment screening including drug and background checks.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
