Shifts: Looking for a mid-shift/overnight person.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, offer assistance, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Sales Floor: Stock shelves, maintain appealing displays, and keep the store clean.
• Upselling: Recommend products to enhance the customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Brand Promotion: Promote our loyalty program and engage customers enthusiastically.
• Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Safety: Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues for smooth operations.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the store clean and inviting, including restrooms and outdoor spaces.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Age: 18+ in certain states; 21+ elsewhere.
• Availability: Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Skills: Effective communication, basic math, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Screening: Pass drug and background checks.
• Personality: Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, flexible.
