Overview

Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than run registers—they keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly for every customer. We seek reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in doing the tough stuff, like keeping bathrooms spotless, the parking lot and pump area trash-free, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety. If you enjoy helping people and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and operate the register accurately and efficiently.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with age verification and legal requirements.
• Offer friendly service and upsell customers to increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, wiping down gas pumps, and trash removal.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise fresh and full.
• Keep the store organized, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways.
• Willingly cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist wherever needed.

Qualifications
