Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than run a register — they keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly for every customer.

What You'll Do

1. Greet customers warmly and operate the register efficiently
2. Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
3. Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
4. Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup
5. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing
6. Keep the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows
7. Willing to cross-train in other departments as needed
8. Follow safety procedures and company policies
9. Assist team members wherever needed

• Schedule: 2nd shift (2pm-10pm), 3rd shift (10pm-6am)
• Age Requirement: Must be 21+
• Availability: Must work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, flexible, and responsible
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required
