Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide efficient service
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including refunds and exchanges
• Manage shift change procedures by counting cash at shift start and end
• Use equipment to process specialty products like money orders, credit card transactions, checks, and lottery sales
• Check IDs to enforce age restrictions responsibly
• Keep shelves stocked and organized during night hours
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas and equipment
• Manage trash disposal and store cleanliness
• Assist with vendor deliveries and ensure proper stock rotation and display
• Resolve issues with damaged merchandise
• Perform other duties as needed to support store operations

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ in other states
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
