Join Our Team as a Cashier/Sales Associate - 2nd/3rd Shift at GPM Investments, LLC

We are looking for dependable and hardworking team members to work during the afternoons and evenings (typically between 2 PM and Midnight). As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and smoothly running store for every customer.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and operating the register efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with age verification laws for lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales
• Providing friendly service and upselling when appropriate
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash pickup, and taking out trash in all weather conditions
• Stocking shelves and displays to keep products appealing
• Keeping the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning
• Cross-training in other departments such as the deli, as needed
• Following safety procedures and company policies
• Assisting team members and stepping in wherever necessary

Requirements:

• Age: 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, mainly afternoons to evenings
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
