Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Stock shelves, display appealing products, and keep the store clean.
• Upselling: Recommend products to enhance customer purchases and meet sales goals.
• Brand Promotion: Promote our loyalty rewards program and build customer relationships.
• Cash Handling: Manage transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Safety: Maintain a safe environment by following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Physical Requirements: Frequently lift 10 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.

• Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Flexibility: Adaptable to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
