Description

Position starts at $15.00 with annual merit increases and production bonuses. All team members are eligible for career development and skill training classes at no cost, along with a generous team member discount. Summary

Provides cashier, stock, and customer relations functions in a retail store and donation center by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:

  • Providing customer service by processing transactions, collecting payment, making change, bagging merchandise, answering questions, assisting customers, and thanking them.
  • Pulling racks for transporting clothing from the back room to the sales floor and merchandising clothing by type and color.
  • Ensuring the sales floor remains clean, neat, and well-displayed by rotating and organizing clothing.
  • Maintaining a safe shopping environment by keeping the sales floor, work area, and dressing rooms clean and free of debris.
  • Supporting agency initiatives and programs.
  • Maintaining and cleaning work areas following SOP guidelines.
  • Greeting donors, providing receipts, and organizing donated items.
  • Reporting security or theft issues to management.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Providing backup support at the donation door as needed.
  • Performing hanger/sorter functions as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
